Walnuts 50 g
Beef 300 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Greenery to taste
Canned beans 300 g

Open the canned beans, drain the liquid, rinse under running water and place the prepared beans in a deep salad bowl. If you wish, you can boil beans that have been pre-soaked for about 12 hours yourself. Cook the beans until tender, from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on their variety.

Take a purple onion, peel, rinse, dry, cut into half rings. Place in bowl with beans. You can also use regular onions.

Wash the red bell pepper, dry it, remove the stem and seeds. Cut into strips and place in a bowl with the previously prepared ingredients. You can use any color of bell pepper, I used red. For a spicy taste, if desired, you can add 1/4 of a pod of hot pepper or chili pepper. Cut it into thin strips. It is better to wear gloves when working with hot pepper, as it can burn the skin of your hands and cause a burning sensation.

Peel the garlic cloves, pass through a press or chop very finely with a knife. Add to salad.

Boil the beef in advance. Cut the cold boiled beef into thin strips. Add to bowl with other chopped ingredients.
