Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with lightly salted salmon? Prepare all ingredients. The eggs must first be boiled for about 10 minutes in boiling water and cooled, leaving them in cold water. You can take chicken eggs, or you can divide them and take chicken and quail eggs to decorate the finished salad. You can learn a lot of useful information about eggs from the article. You will find the link at the end of this recipe under the steps.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse fresh cucumbers with running cold water and dry. Trim off the ends and cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Place the chopped cucumbers in a prepared deep salad bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Lightly salted salmon can be salted yourself, or you can buy it in a store, checking the expiration dates. I have a purchased one. Remove the skin from the salmon, remove the remaining bones and cut into cubes. Add the chopped fish to the salad bowl.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel pre-boiled and cooled eggs and cut into cubes. If you use quail eggs, cut them for the salad, and cut one or two eggs in half to decorate the salad. Add chopped eggs to salad.

Step 5

Step 5
For the salad, you can use any greens you like. I took a couple of onions, dill, and a sprig of parsley. Rinse fresh greens thoroughly under cold running water and either dry them in a herb dehydrator or shake off any liquid from the leaves. Finely chop the greens and add to the salad.

Step 6

Step 6
Mix sour cream with mustard and add a pinch of salt (it’s better to add salt later, the fish is still salty). Stir the sauce and season the salad with it. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt.

Step 7

Step 7
Mix the salad and serve immediately — it is not recommended to leave this salad dressed for a long time (it will give juice) and store it in the refrigerator. This delicious salad with lightly salted salmon and cucumber can be a complete healthy dinner. For a heartier meal, this salad can be accompanied by potato dishes — boiled, fried, mashed.
