How to make Caesar roll with chicken without mayonnaise? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the fillet in running water, dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meat and fry until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Season with turmeric — it adds a beautiful color. Stir. Let it simmer for 3 minutes and turn it off.

Rinse the lettuce leaves under running water and dry on paper towels.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, the main thing is that it is natural, without adding vegetable fats.

Wash tomatoes and bell peppers under running water and dry. Peel the tomatoes from the stem and cut into quarter rings. Peel the pepper from the stalk and seeds, cut into a semicircle. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

How to make sauce? Mix sour cream, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. You can also add chopped dill and a small clove of garlic if you wish. If you like it fattier and healthier, you can use ready-made Caesar dressing.
