Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Couscous 50 g
Chicken breasts 2 pc
Adjika 2 tbsp
Plums 100 g
Lettuce 80 g
Sesame 1 tsp

For the sauce:

Rosemary 1 pc
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp
White wine vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1 dessert spoon

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.

Prepare the sauce: finely chop the rosemary, grate the zest on a fine grater. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small jar, close the lid and shake the jar until the sauce is smooth. Leave to infuse.

Pour 100 ml of boiling water over the couscous, cover with a lid and let stand for 5-7 minutes.

Make diagonal cuts on the chicken fillet and brush the chicken with adjika on all sides. Transfer the chicken to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200* for 15 minutes.

Cut the plums in half, remove the pits and cut the fruit into slices.

In a bowl, combine chopped plums, steamed couscous, torn lettuce and warm sliced chicken. Pour in half the sauce and stir
