Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water. Finely chop (1-1.5 cm cubes) and fry the chicken. We use 2 tbsp. oils Some people like it until golden brown, but I prefer to simmer it — without the crust it is much softer and juicier, in my opinion. Add a little salt. Leave to cool.

Step 3

Step 3
Preheat the oven to 140-180 degrees. Take a loaf. We cut 9 slices of bread, cut them into small cubes (I do about 1-1.5 cm), put them in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes (dry them, turn them into golden crackers). Let them cool down.

Step 4

Step 4
Hard boil 3 eggs. Let cool. Cleaning. Separate the yolks from the whites (we won’t need the whites; they can be used in another dish). Making salad dressing. Take 3 egg yolks and mash them thoroughly with a fork.

Step 5

Step 5
Squeeze lemon juice into a clean bowl. Throw away the seeds (you should get 2 tablespoons of juice).

Step 6

Step 6
Add 2 tbsp to the chopped yolk. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. mustard. Mix. We pass the garlic through a garlic press (it is in the first photo), after which we mix the crushed garlic with the mixture of yolk and lemon juice.

Step 7

Step 7
Add olive oil (1 tbsp), salt, pepper to this egg mixture. Mix everything. The salad dressing is ready.

Step 8

Next, grate the parmesan on a fine grater.

Step 9

Step 9
Wash, dry, finely tear the lettuce leaves and place them in a deep dish (salad bowl, bowl).

Step 10

Step 10
We cut the cherry tomatoes either into halves or into four slices (I make four slices because, in my opinion, it’s more convenient to mix and eat. We put the tomatoes on lettuce leaves.

Step 11
