Persimmon and Pear Salad with Nuts

Delicious and healthy salad! At least for every day, even for a holiday! Orange persimmon, bright lettuce leaves, nuts, pear. You can please yourself, you can cook it for the New Yearʼs table. Let the rooster peck the nuts!

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 2 tsp
Lemon juice 0.25 cup
Salt 0.25 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Lettuce (mixture mix) 60 g
Almond 0.33 cup
Pears 1 pc
Persimmon 2 pc
Cayenne pepper 0.1 tsp

Cut persimmon into slices

We also cut the cored pear into slices.

Chop almonds with a knife

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive or almond oil, honey, salt, pepper. Mix well with a broom

In another bowl, mix lettuce leaves with 1-2 tbsp dressing
