Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Lettuce (salad mix) 60 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Avocado 1 pc
Tangerines 2 pc
Mussels (ready-made mussels in oil) 140 g

We peel the tangerines. Squeeze 2 tbsp juice from half of one tangerine

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, cut into the flesh and scoop it out with a spoon.

Place the salad mix in a salad bowl,
