Milk 2 cup
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Dill to taste

How to make pollock salad? Prepare your food. If the fish is frozen, it must be thawed. Do this at room temperature, gradually. You should not put pollock in water or put it in the microwave — this will worsen the taste of the fish. You can add sour cream to mayonnaise.

The fish must be cleaned and cut into pieces if you have it as a whole carcass. I immediately had steaks. Place pollock in a saucepan, pour milk. Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes after boiling. Add a little salt to prevent the fish from being bland. But not much, because there will still be salty mayonnaise.
