Hearty Chicken Salad with Beans, Mushrooms, and Rye Croutons

A hearty salad made from a minimum amount of ingredients. I highly recommend adding rye croutons with garlic to the salad, they will give the salad a piquant taste. It is better to add crackers immediately before serving so that they do not get soggy. You can take any mushrooms. I don’t like canned champignons, but I love pickled mushrooms.

Basic:

Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Marinated mushrooms 150 g
Chicken fillet 250 g
Canned beans (red) 200 g

How to make Chicken Salad with Beans and Mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients. First boil the chicken until tender in salted water with the addition of bay leaf and allspice. Remove the meat from the broth and cool. Place the beans in a colander and let the water drain. Drain the mushrooms in a colander as well. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I grated the cheese on a Korean grater.

In a salad bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms, beans, and cheese.
