Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cottage cheese with eggs in a frying pan? Very simple and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Eggs are best used at room temperature, so remove them from the refrigerator in advance. Instead of vegetable oil, you can use butter to grease the pan.

Step 2

Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth. For the omelette, I used cottage cheese in briquettes — it is soft, moderately moist, not lumpy. If you take classic cottage cheese, then so that there are no hard lumps and grains left in it, you can beat it with a submersible blender.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Step 4

Step 4
Break the eggs into a deep bowl. If the eggs are small, take 4 pieces. Add cottage cheese, paprika, season with salt and pepper. Beat everything with a fork, breaking up any lumps of cottage cheese.

Step 5

Step 5
The result should be as homogeneous a mixture as possible.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, grease with vegetable oil. Pour the omelette mixture into the pan. Please note that the diameter and thickness of the finished omelette directly depends on the size of your frying pan. My frying pan diameter is 22 cm, you can take a larger or smaller frying pan.

Step 7

Step 7
Cover the pan with a lid and fry the omelette over low heat for about 15 minutes. If you wish, you can turn the omelette over to the other side so that you get a golden brown crust on both sides.

Step 8

Step 8
Sprinkle the finished cottage cheese with egg in a frying pan with fresh herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
