Mayonnaise 1 tbsp

How to make a salad from chicken, Korean carrots, eggs and cucumber? First of all, prepare all the ingredients you will need for the salad. If you have frozen chicken breast, you must first defrost it at room temperature. Wash the eggs and boil them hard. For the salad, you can take ready-made store-bought Korean carrots or prepare it yourself. I have homemade carrots.

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. Rub the breast on all sides with spices and salt to taste. I used black pepper powder, parika and garlic powder. I took 0.5 tsp of each seasoning.

Heat odorless vegetable oil in a frying pan. Send the breast to fry. Cook over moderate heat until a golden brown crust appears on one side, then turn the fillet over and leave for another 5-7 minutes. Place the breast on napkins. You can also boil chicken breast.

Remove the shell from the egg. Prepare Korean carrots and chop them using a knife as desired. Cool the chicken breast.

Rinse the cucumber, dry it and cut into small cubes. If necessary, remove the peel from the cucumber.
