Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 4 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 1 cup
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vinegar (9%) 100 ml
Mayonnaise 150 g
Green pea (canned, 1 jar) 1 cup
Pig heart 500 g

Boil the heart in salted water with spices and cool it. Peel the onion. Drain the green peas.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and place in a convenient bowl.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar. There is about 2-3 times more sugar than salt.

Add vinegar and water, mix well. Taste the marinade and adjust to taste. Leave the onions to marinate for at least half an hour.

Remove fat from heart.

Cut the heart into thin strips.

Place the onion in a colander and squeeze a little. Add onion to meat.

Add green peas.

Salt and pepper the salad to taste, add mayonnaise.

Stir the salad, let it brew a little — and youʼre done. You can chop parsley into the salad, it comes in handy here.
