Mayonnaise (can be replaced with vegetable oil and lemon juice) 3 tbsp
cucumbers (fresh) 1 pc
Green pea 100 g

How to make seaweed salad with egg, cucumber and mayonnaise? Prepare your food. You can take any cabbage — ready-made, canned, by weight, or make it yourself from dry seaweed. Take a medium-sized cucumber or half a large one. Boil the egg first and cool. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step.

Immediately place the cabbage and green peas in a sieve to prevent excess liquid from getting into the salad. Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut off the tip. Cut the cucumber into cubes about the size of a pea — then the salad will look neater.

Peel the egg and cut into medium-sized cubes. You can add more than one egg to the salad, I think it will be even tastier.

Wash and dry the green onions. Cut the feathers into small pieces. In addition to green onions, you can use any other greens, and also add onions, white or purple, to the salad.

Place all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl, add seaweed and green peas. If the seaweed is too long, then first cut it into smaller pieces. Salt the salad to taste, keeping in mind that it contains salted seaweed and will also be seasoned with mayonnaise. I usually don’t add salt to such salads.
