Fresh Green Radish and Carrot Salad

Well suited for those losing weight and for certain days during fasting, and it’s very tasty!

Salt to taste

How to make green radish salad? Just grate and season! Well, this is a very simple option. Or maybe we’ll treat ourselves and add a little more flavor to our palette? Take an apple (any apple will do) and something sour. I took pomegranate seeds, maybe some lingonberries or small cranberries.

But it will be healthier to season with vegetable oil, so the carrots are better absorbed. And take what kind of oil you like. A proven and tasty option with olive or sunflower oil. Take aromatic, unrefined. Add a little fresh lemon juice to your chosen oil; this is the fastest and most delicious type of dressing.

You can grate them on a Korean carrot grater, in a food processor, or use this device. It is important to obtain a thin, tender straw, but to ensure that all the juice remains in the product.

Then grate the green radish. (Chinese, Margelan, can be replaced with daikon. Our black is not for everybody, it can be very bitter or spicy, which not everyone will like).

Grate the apple last; I don’t peel the skin. The apple may darken quickly.
