Excellent multi-layer salad — try it! In general, “The Snow Queen” is usually prepared for the New Year holidays. The top airy layer of grated proteins, with its whiteness, resembles freshly fallen fluffy snow. However, winter this year somehow didn’t work out from the very beginning and I was also a little late with the salad. Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Apples 1 pc
Eggs 4 pc
Mayonnaise 120 g
Ham 200 g
Processed cheese (2 pcs.) 200 g
Crab sticks 200 g
Peanut 100 g

Cut crab sticks and ham into small cubes. Grate pre-cooled processed cheese on a medium grater

Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and grate them separately on a medium grater.

Add 2 tbsp to crab sticks, ham, ½ whites and yolks. l. mayonnaise and mix.
