Basic:

Onion 1 pc

Hard cheese 110 g
Mayonnaise 80 g
cucumbers 180 g
Squid 330 g

For decoration:

Parsley to taste

How to make a salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take any cheese you like: hard, semi-hard, processed.

Pre-defrost the squid, peel the skin and inside. Remove the thin transparent film from the squid carcass. Place seafood in boiling salted water and bring to a boil. Cook the squid over moderate heat for about 1 minute. Take them out of the water in time to prevent them from becoming hard.

Cool the finished squids, cut into thin strips.

Peel the red onion and cut into small cubes. To remove excess bitterness from the onion, pour boiling water over it and leave until it cools. Drain the water.
