How to make a salad with fried champignons? Prepare everything you need for this. Boil the chicken fillet in advance. To do this, place it in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Salt it a little. Then cool the chicken. Chop the walnuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan until a characteristic aroma appears. Nuts also need to be cooled.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry the champignons with onions with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes. During this time, the onion will become soft and the champignons will decrease slightly in size. Salt them lightly and cool completely.
