Quick Summer Garden Salad with Corn

Light and bright summer salad. Fast, cheap and tasty. I made this salad at the dacha for lunch. It was necessary to quickly figure out how to feed the family with a minimum set of products. Three cucumbers from the greenhouse, parsley and lettuce from the garden, leftover canned corn — this is an excellent option for a country dinner.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
cucumbers 3 pc
Lettuce (salad mixture) 50 g
Canned corn (half a can) 0.5 pc

Recipe instructions

Wash the greens and cucumbers and dry them. Place the canned corn in a sieve.

Separate the parsley leaves from the branches.

Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.

Cut the cucumbers into medium cubes.

Place cucumbers, corn, and greens in a salad bowl.
