Quick & Tasty Fried Potato Salad

Made from simple ingredients, but very filling and tasty. You can make a roasted potato salad in minutes. Time is spent only on frying potatoes and boiling eggs. The salad turns out very tasty, and the cucumbers give it freshness!

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Potato 2 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil 1 dessert spoon
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
cucumbers 1 pc

How to make fried potato salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Try to choose even potato tubers of the same size. Any hard or semi-hard cheese will do. Itʼs better to take homemade mayonnaise. Rinse vegetables and herbs well with water and dry with paper towels.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and then cut them into thin strips. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the potatoes in a frying pan and fry them, stirring, until golden brown. Salt and pepper the potatoes. When itʼs ready, transfer it to a napkin to remove excess fat.

Cut the cucumbers into strips too. If you wish, you can peel them.

Boil the eggs, peel and cut into strips.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Chop the washed greens with a sharp knife. I use parsley, you can also use dill.

Take a flat plate. Place a cooking ring on it (I have a diameter of 12-14 cm). Start layering the salad. Place a layer of potatoes in the ring, exactly half.

Place a layer of cucumbers on top of the potatoes. Also half of the total volume.

Place a layer of eggs on the cucumbers, half.

Make a mesh of mayonnaise over the eggs.

Place a layer of cheese on the mayonnaise mesh. Smooth the surface of the salad and press it lightly with a spoon. And repeat all the layers, starting with the potato layer.

On the last layer of cheese, make a beautiful mesh of mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with chopped herbs. I also added olives and cranberries.
