How to make a salad with chicken fillet and cucumber? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Large, selected eggs are needed. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces. You can add or replace the vegetable part to your liking. You can replace chicken with any other meat.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle the chicken with spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil the fillet or bake it in the oven in foil. You can use smoked chicken instead of fresh chicken.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the chicken and fry, stirring, until golden brown. You can fry a whole chicken fillet, but chicken cut into small cubes turns out tastier, more tender and more aromatic — because each piece is soaked in spices on all sides.
