Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Tomatoes (not juicy) 2 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper (mixture) to taste
Vegetable oil (maybe olive or other) 2 tbsp
Greenery to taste
Watercress (for serving — any) to taste
Canned beans 400 g

Prepare food. The lettuce leaf is supposed to be used only for serving, but if you like, you can add it to the salad.

Cut the tomato into cubes/the size of beans /. Rinse the beans and drain the water through a colander. Combine everything in a salad bowl.

Prepare salad dressing: mix finely chopped garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper mixture and vegetable oil in a bowl. Stir, whisking a little, so that the oil is as saturated with the aroma of spices as possible.

Finely chop the greens and add to the salad bowl. Season the salad and mix gently.
