Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 0.5 pc
bell pepper 0.5 pc
Chicken fillet 200 g
Sesame 2 tsp
Canned corn 2 tbsp
Chinese cabbage 200 g

For the cheese balls:

Garlic 1 clove
Dill to taste
Basil 0.5 tsp
Fetaxa 70 g

For croutons:

Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 30 g
loaf 2 g
Herbal mixture g

For refueling:

Garlic 2 clove
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 10 ml
Tangerines 0.5 pc

Letʼs prepare the croutons. To do this, cut the loaf into cubes with a side of about 1.5 cm.

Mix vegetable oil with garlic, Provençal herbs and salt.

Place our cubes in a baking container, pour in the prepared mixture, mix thoroughly and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 160-170 degrees. Mix them from time to time.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips, add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, avoiding browning the meat — we want it juicy inside.
