Fresh Apple and Tomato Salad

A light and incredibly tasty salad for a quick snack.. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt. Then it will be suitable for a lean table and diet food. I found this recipe in one culinary blog on LiveJournal. I just needed to get rid of the tomatoes and apples left over from the New Year. I really liked the salad. Juicy, light, with pleasant apple sourness.

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes (or 1 large) 2 pc
Apples (sour varieties — Simerinka, Granny Smith) 1 pc
Sour cream (20%) 30 g
Hard cheese 50 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Refueling. Pass the garlic through a press and combine with sour cream. Mix.
