Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Bacon (optional) 50 g
Chicken fillet 250 g
Poppy food 1 tbsp
Peaches (canned) 2 pc

How to make a salad with peaches? Prepare your ingredients. Pre-boil the fillet and cool. You donʼt have to add bacon. Take canned peaches.

Boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Place it in boiling salted water and add salt. Cook the fillets over medium heat until tender, 30-40 minutes, depending on size. Cool it completely and cut into long cubes. Remove the peaches from the syrup, dry and cut into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a Korean grater (or a regular coarse one). Choose high-quality, tasty cheese without dairy fat substitutes. Hard or semi-hard varieties are better; they will be easier to grate.

Cut the bacon into pieces and fry for 1 tsp. olive oil for about 4 minutes, until crispy. To remove excess fat from cooked bacon, place it on paper napkins.

Assemble the salad. Place the chicken in the first layer on the dish.
