How to make crab salad with cream cheese? Prepare your ingredients. Thaw the crab meat and separate it into individual pieces. Cut especially large pieces in half.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the processed cheese into cubes. To make it easier to work with processed cheese, it is better to pre-cool it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Choose high-quality, natural, tasty cheese without dairy fat substitutes.

Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and cut it into small pieces. To make the salad more tender, it is better to cut off the hard part of the leaves and use only the green leaves themselves.

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into medium cubes.

Cut the pitted olives into quarters.

In a salad bowl, combine crab meat, Chinese cabbage, two types of cheese, eggs, cucumber and olives.
