Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Grapefruit 1 pc
Raisin (used black, large and sweet) 60 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Lettuce (3 sheets — for decoration) 3 pc
Prunes 60 g
Chicken thighs (Boiled red fillet is juicier meat.) 160 g
Chinese cabbage (or any green lettuce leaf) 40 g
Pine nuts 1 tbsp

Prepare food. The meat can be boiled in advance.

Pour hot water over raisins and prunes and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse and dry. Cut the prunes into three parts, leave the raisins whole, even if they are large.

Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat, so they reveal their taste and aroma more clearly.

Cut the Chinese cabbage a little smaller than half a prune. If you take a lettuce leaf, tear it with your hands.

Cut the meat into not very small pieces.

Assembling the salad: Place meat in a salad bowl and add mayonnaise.

Add prunes and raisins.

Preparing the “bowls”: Cut the grapefruit in half lengthwise. Run a thin, sharp knife around the perimeter, carefully cutting along the flesh.

Run a spoon along the knife mark and easily remove the slices from the hemispheres.

Clean each hemisphere from any remaining film and decorate it by cutting out the cloves. Using a knife, peel the pulp from the partitions. Cut each slice into three parts.

Fill the bowls with salad. Place grapefruit pulp on top and sprinkle with nuts.
