Itʼs time for light dessert fruit salads. Warm, sunny weather is conducive to preparing these light, sweet salads. Such salads are great for barbecue. Better than sweet cakes and pastries.

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Grape 150 g
Strawberry 150 g
Pistachios 50 g
Corn salad to taste

Refueling:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Tear large leaves with your hands.

Wash the strawberries, dry them, cut off the stems. Cut the berries into 4 parts. Wash the grapes and dry. Cut the berries in half, remove the seeds.

Refueling. Combine balsamic sauce with olive oil. Beat lightly.

In a salad bowl, mix grapes, strawberries, pistachios and lettuce.

Drizzle dressing over salad.
