Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with smoked chicken and bell pepper? Prepare the ingredients we need for the recipe. Wash the arugula by first “bathing” it in a large bowl of water, then under running water. Be sure to dry the leaves well with paper towels so that excess liquid does not ruin the salad.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the pepper under the tap, dry and cut into thin rings or small pieces, depending on the variety.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the smoked chicken into thin slices. I have smoked breast, but meat from any part of the chicken will do.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut into quarters.

Step 5

Step 5
Place arugula leaves on a plate and place pepper rings on top. If for some reason you don’t like arugula, you can replace it with any other salad leaves of your choice.

Step 6

Step 6
Next, add chicken slices and tomato quarters.

Step 7

Step 7
Garnish the salad with olives. Season with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and spices. Serve immediately so that the vegetables do not release their juice. Bon appetit!
