Hard cheese 50 g
Mayonnaise (or to taste) 2 tbsp
Ham 100 g
Korean carrots 150 g
Canned beans 100 g

How to make a salad with Korean carrots, ham and beans? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Canned beans can be used either white or red. First place the beans in a sieve to drain excess liquid. Also drain the excess marinade from the Korean carrots. If the Korean carrots are grated into sticks that are too long, you can cut them.

Cut the ham into thin strips.

Any cheese for the salad will suit your taste: hard, semi-hard, soft or processed. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Soft or processed cheese can also be cut into thin strips if desired.

In a suitable sized bowl, combine all the ingredients: canned beans, Korean carrots, sliced ham and cheese. You can dress the salad with mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt. Add the amount of dressing to taste. Mix everything well. If desired, you can add fresh herbs (parsley or dill) to the salad. Wash the greens first, remove thick branches, dry well and chop finely.
