Basic:

Krill meat 150 g
Eggs 2 pc
cucumbers 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

How to make a salad with krill meat, egg and cucumber? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Take large, selected eggs. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces.

Wash the cucumber, dry it, peel it and cut it into small cubes. The smaller you cut the cucumber, the tastier the salad will be. In some recipes, the cucumber is even grated on a coarse grater. I don’t recommend doing this, because it will release a lot of juice from the cucumber and your salad will “float” and become too watery. And if you squeeze the grated cucumbers, it will turn out a little dry. Better cut into small cubes.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate on a fine grater separately into different dishes. The finer the eggs are grated, the more tender and airy the consistency of the entire salad will be.

Wash the green onions, dry them and chop them with a knife, not very finely, but not coarsely.

I advise you to transfer the mayonnaise into a pastry bag or plastic bag and cut off the tip. This will make it more convenient to apply it to the salad without crushing all the layers, as sometimes happens when using a spoon.

Place a cooking ring with a diameter of 12-14 cm on a plate. Place cucumbers in the first layer. Make a mesh of mayonnaise on top.

Place the mixture with krill on the cucumbers and smooth them out.

Place grated whites on the krill and also pour mayonnaise over them.

Sprinkle the whites with grated yolks and smooth them out. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak. If you plan to keep it in the refrigerator longer, cover the top with cling film.

Before serving, carefully remove the cooking ring and garnish the salad with green onions, a mesh of mayonnaise and pomegranate seeds. Bon appetit!
