Basic:

Onion 50 g
Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 1.5 tbsp
Any cheese 25 g
Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
Champignon 100 g
Dry spices to taste
Squid 100 g

If you have to boil an egg (in my situation it was boiled yesterday, put in the refrigerator to cool and taken out today), put it on the stove in a saucepan while we work on the squid. I already had it defrosted and cleaned. All that remains is to cut it into strips.

And then pour boiling water over them, boil these thin strips for a minute or two, adding a little salt to taste.

Chop the onion into half rings and place a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil (you can also use butter) on the stove.
