How to make Chinese noodles with chicken and vegetables? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Hot peppers can be used either fresh or dried. The dish is quite spicy, so adjust the amount according to your taste. I used frozen sweet peppers. If desired, you can add ginger. The set of vegetables can be changed to suit your taste.

First, let the noodles cook according to the directions on your package. Place the finished noodles in a colander or sieve.

First, prepare all the products, because they go into the pan one after another, and during the cooking process you may not have time to clean and cut them. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Wash the sweet pepper, remove the seed capsule, and cut the pulp into cubes.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into the same cube as the pepper. Wash the celery stalk and cut it into cubes.

Peel the garlic clove, crush it with the flat side of a knife and chop finely.

Place the chicken slices in the pan, add some soy sauce, ground black pepper and stir. Cook the chicken covered for 1-1.5 minutes.

Place the meat on a plate. In the same pan, continue cooking the vegetables and sauce. Add chopped garlic to the pan.
