Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Walnuts 30 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Sesame 1 tbsp

Wash the eggplants in running water, remove the stem and dry. Cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Salt the eggplants, stir and cover with cold water. Leave them like this for 15 minutes. This is necessary so that all the bitterness leaves the bottom. After a while, drain the water.
