Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Tomatoes 0.5 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Milk 2 tbsp
Hard cheese 40 g
Greenery (I only used fresh dill) 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Lavash thin 1 g

Prepare the omelet: beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Add greens, chopped/grated cheese (I cut it into small cubes) and tomato slices. Mix everything well. The filling may vary. You can add sausage/ham/meat, different types of cheese, vegetables, basically whatever you want. Fry in a frying pan until done as you normally would.

We will need 1 pita bread, if it is very large, cut it in half. Place the omelette on pita bread and wrap it like shawarma.

Fry on both sides in a dry hot frying pan (without oil) until golden brown.
