Green onions 20 g
Beet (boiled) 80 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Greenery (for filing) to taste
Fish fillet (lightly salted herring fillet) 60 g

Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Carefully remove the yolks.
