How to make a lavash roll with chicken and cheese? This appetizer is prepared very quickly, literally in 15 minutes, if the ingredients for it are prepared in advance. Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and boil in salted water. It is enough to cook for about 20 minutes from the moment the broth boils, if the piece of meat is small. You can use meat from any other part of the chicken, the main thing is to separate it well from the bones.

Let the chicken fillet cool and cut it into small pieces. Grate the hard cheese or finely chop it with a knife.

Add pickled cucumbers to your appetizer ingredients. They will add piquancy and pleasant sourness to the filling. Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes.

Walnuts will improve the taste of the snack and make it more refined and enjoyable. Wash the shelled walnuts and dry them in the oven, microwave or in a dry frying pan without oil. Finely chop them with a knife or chop them with a rolling pin.

Unfold thin Armenian lavash on a straight work surface. The pita bread can be large rectangular or small round, any of them will need to be rolled into a roll. If the pita bread is fresh, soft and moist enough, you can immediately spread the filling on it, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. If the pita bread has already been sitting at home for several days, then most likely it has dried out, it is also suitable for preparing such a snack, then it needs to be soaked in mayonnaise.

To do this, carefully unfold the pita bread so as not to tear it, apply a thin layer of mayonnaise, let it soak and spread the filling. Roll the pita bread with filling into a roll. Wrap the lavash roll in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour until the roll takes the desired shape.
