In addition, such a salad, although it includes potatoes, cannot be called high-calorie, because there is no mayonnaise dressing, and carbohydrates without fat are not harmful. Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel and cut into cubes or pieces of any shape.

It is better to use blue onions for this salad. It will brighten up the salad. And it is a little sweeter than white and perfectly complements the taste of the salad. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. If the onion seems bitter, it is better to pickle it. To do this, pour the chopped onion with half a glass of warm water with the addition of half a teaspoon of vinegar and half a teaspoon of sugar, mix, and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water.
