Hard cheese 100 g
Chicken breasts 150 g
Dry spices (any spices are suitable, for chicken or ground black pepper) 0.3 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Pineapples (3-4 rings) 100 g

How to make a salad with pineapple, chicken, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise? Prepare all the necessary products. If you are expecting a lot of guests, double or even triple the amount of ingredients. The amount of garlic can be adjusted to your taste.

Pre-preparation is only required for chicken fillets. Marinate the chicken breast for a few minutes in any of your favorite spices (I used Italian herbs and salt).

Then fry the chicken breast in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides. Let the fried breast cool. You can simply boil the chicken fillet in salted water, but fried chicken is much tastier.

Cut the cooked chicken breast into small cubes.

Remove a few pineapple rings from the jar and lightly squeeze them from the syrup so that it does not release excess moisture. Also cut the canned pineapple into medium-sized cubes.

Take any cheese you like, as long as it is hard. Salty cheese works well. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. You can cut the cheese into small cubes, the taste of the salad will become a little different. I like the taste better with grated cheese.

Now start preparing the salad dressing. To do this, mix mayonnaise with spices (I used Italian herbs, you can use regular ground black pepper), add garlic passed through a press and mix well. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step. If you wish, mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or thick unsweetened yogurt.

Combine all prepared ingredients in a deep plate and add garlic dressing. Gently toss the salad. Take a sample and, if there is not enough salt, add salt to taste.
