Basic:

Sour cream (Optional) 3 tbsp
Green onions to taste
Parsley (5 branches) to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Dill (5 branches) to taste
cucumbers 2 pc
Green pea 3 tbsp
Spinach 5 pc
Lettuce leaves 5 pc
Young cabbage 250 g
Flax seeds 1 tbsp

Finely chop the cabbage, season with salt and mash slightly.

Cut lettuce and spinach leaves into thin strips.
