Canned corn 200 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad of crab sticks with corn and egg? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To prevent the salad from turning out too watery, you need thick sour cream. Fat content is not of fundamental importance. You can replace sour cream with mayonnaise or natural yogurt without additives.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and cut into small cubes. You can replace or supplement crab sticks with other seafood. For example, shrimp, squid or lightly salted red fish.

Step 3

Step 3
Drain canned corn. Dry the grains.

Step 4

Step 4
Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. If you or your children do not like onions in dishes, you can omit them altogether.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash the dill, shake off moisture and chop finely. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Step 7

Step 7
In a bowl, combine crab sticks, eggs, corn, onion and dill. Season the salad with sour cream, salt and mix well.

Step 8

Step 8
If you wish, you can serve the salad directly in the salad bowl. Or serve in a cooking ring. To do this, place a culinary ring with a diameter of 12-14 cm on a plate. Place the salad in it and compact it. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove the cooking ring before serving. Garnish the salad with crab sticks and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
