Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt (I throw in 3 pinches.) to taste
Pepper (2 pinches) to taste
Green onions 20 g
Parsley 10 g
Dill 10 g
Cabbage 400 g
Apple vinegar 2 tbsp

How to make coleslaw with vinegar and oil? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil. I recommend olive oil, although you can use vegetable oil to taste. Instead of apple cider vinegar, you can use regular 9%. Wash and dry the greens in advance.
