How to make meat salad with beef? Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Rinse the beef thoroughly under running water, cut into small cubes or thin strips. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the meat until cooked, about 30 minutes over medium heat, covered. Remove the finished meat from the heat and let it cool.

Take blue lettuce onions, peel and cut into halves of rings. This onion usually does not have a pronounced bitterness. But if the onion still seems bitter, you can marinate it in vinegar. To do this, add a tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of water, place the onion in the solution and marinate for about 15 minutes. Drain the onions in a colander and let dry. If you wish, you can use regular onions.
