Festive Beet and Potato Salad with Prunes

This elegant, hearty salad is perfect for holidays and everyday life. Before the onset of the holidays, every housewife begins to come up with a holiday menu, the regulars of which will be salads. I propose to prepare the Grafsky salad, but due to the ease of preparation and available ingredients, such a salad can be prepared on weekdays. Different colored and bright layers add a festive touch to the salad, and the taste will not leave you indifferent. Sweet prunes, beets and pickled onions give the salad a pleasant sweet and sour taste, which is offset by nutty notes. Well, shall we get started?
