How to make a salad with carrots, crab sticks and eggs? Prepare your food. Choose crab sticks of good quality so that the taste of the finished dish does not disappoint you. Pre-defrost them, peel off the film and cut into medium cubes.

Boil eggs and carrots. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them in cold water until they peel easily. Cook the carrots for 30 minutes, check for doneness with a knife — it should easily pierce the fruit. Before preparing the salad, the food must be cool.

Peel the eggs and cut into cubes the same size as the crab sticks. Peel the carrots and also cut them into cubes identical in size to the eggs and crab sticks. Purely for aesthetic reasons — this will not affect the taste of the salad in any way. To chop the eggs and carrots, I used a round strainer with square divisions — it’s quick, and the cubes are all the same in size and shape.

Now that all the ingredients are ready, assemble the salad. This will take exactly one minute. Place eggs, crab sticks, carrots and canned corn into a deep bowl or other suitable container. First, place it on a sieve to drain excess liquid.

Add salt to taste and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly and taste the salt again to adjust the amount if necessary. The taste of the salad will also depend on the corn, so choose juicy and sweet. Mayonnaise can also be different — take one that has been tested by you personally and is delicious. Salad ready. Garnish it with herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
