How to make a lavash roll with egg and cucumber? Prepare the following ingredients. It is better to take pita bread consisting of several dense sheets. Fresh cucumbers, medium size. I take Russian cheese, but you can take any cheese you like, even with a specific taste — it will make the appetizer more original. It is better to take homemade mayonnaise or replace it with thick sour cream with mustard and spices.

Cool and peel pre-boiled chicken eggs. Rinse fresh dill under running cold water and dry thoroughly. Grate the eggs into a deep bowl, add finely chopped dill and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

In another bowl, mix grated cheese, pressed garlic cloves and mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly as well.

It is better to make the appetizer by first preparing the filling, so that when you roll the roll, the pita bread does not tear because it is already soaked in the filling. Place a sheet of pita bread on the table. Brush the first sheet of lavash with a mixture of eggs and dill, spreading evenly over the entire surface of the lavash.

Place the second sheet of lavash on top of the egg filling. Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. Using a vegetable slicer, make thin strips along the entire length of the cucumber, or simply cut as thin as possible with a knife. Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise and place chopped fresh cucumber on top.
