Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Eggs 4 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Champignon 200 g

Separate the whites from the yolks and first beat the whites with a pinch of salt, then with the same mixer the yolks with salt and pepper.

Carefully combine the beaten whites and yolks, stir in the flour, place on parchment and bake for 10 minutes at 165°

Chop the garlic, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Fry the chopped garlic and chopped onion, add the mushrooms and lastly the tomatoes.
