Refreshing Chinese Cabbage and Tomato Salad

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Eggs 2 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Cherry tomatoes 150 g
Chinese cabbage 250 g

Remove the top leaves from a head of Chinese cabbage. We wonʼt need them. Dust has accumulated on them, so they just need to be thrown away. To prepare the salad, chop Chinese cabbage.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each tomato into 4 parts.

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and chopped tomatoes.

Drizzle a little lemon juice and olive oil over the vegetables. Add a little salt to the salad to taste. Mix everything and place on a plate to serve the salad.

Peel the pre-boiled eggs and cut each into 4 pieces. Scatter the chopped eggs around the entire salad.

Sprinkle the top of the salad with grated cheese and serve immediately. If desired, the salad can be sprinkled with a little chopped dill. This light salad will perfectly complement any meat dish. Bon appetit!
