Spring Veggie Salad with Feta and Balsamic Dressing

An abundance of vegetables and herbs is what you need in early spring. It is better to add feta to this salad after mixing the remaining ingredients, because it is very fragile and can fall apart into small pieces. You can also replace feta with any other cheese, both hard and brine — mozzarella, feta cheese, Adyghe cheese, etc. You can also use balsamic sauce instead of balsamic vinegar.
