Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Milk 2 tbsp
Eggs 2 pc
Any cheese 100 g
Chicken breasts (you can use smoked or take ham) 300 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Mayonnaise (or sour cream) 1 tbsp
Greenery to taste
cucumbers 2 pc
Canned corn 200 g

First, letʼs fry the pancakes. Lightly beat 2 eggs with 2 tbsp. l. milk, add salt and pepper to taste.

In a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, fry 2-3 thin pancakes on both sides. Let the finished pancakes cool.

While the pancakes are cooling, cut the cheese into cubes.

We also cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Slice the baked chicken. By the way, if you don’t have time to bake or boil chicken, you can use smoked chicken or ham instead.
