How to make a salad with sausages? Prepare all the indicated ingredients. It is better to take white cabbage from a new harvest. This salad can also be prepared from red cabbage, Chinese cabbage or with iceberg lettuce leaves. Take sausages from a trusted manufacturer, they are tasty and elastic.

Peel fresh cabbage from the outer leaves and wash under running cold water. Cut off the stalk and hard leaves. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, place in your chosen salad bowl and add salt. Remember to add salt to the cabbage so that it releases its juice.

Remove the selected sausages from the packaging and cut into strips. You can also cut them into circles and semi-circles. Add chopped sausages to the salad bowl with the cabbage.
